By accessing or using MyTaxFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyTaxFlow provides an online platform for converting bank statement PDFs to Tally Prime compatible XML format. The Service includes file upload, data extraction, format conversion, and file download capabilities.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• You may only upload bank statements that you have legal right to process
• You agree not to misuse the Service for any unlawful purpose
• You agree not to attempt to circumvent any usage limits or security measures
• You agree not to upload malicious files or content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its proprietary extraction engine, algorithms, and interface design, is owned by MyTaxFlow. You retain ownership of your uploaded files and converted output.

6. Usage Limits

Free accounts are subject to monthly conversion limits. Premium plans offer higher limits and additional features as described on our pricing page.

7. Data Handling

Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted within 1 hour. We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyTaxFlow provides the Service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
