MyTaxFlow ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our PDF to Tally XML conversion service.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password.
Files: You upload bank statement PDFs for conversion. These files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted.
Usage Data: We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve our service.
Bank Statements: Uploaded PDFs and generated XML files are processed in memory and automatically deleted from our servers within 1 hour of conversion. We do not store your financial data.
Account Data: Your account information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. You may request account deletion at any time.
All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (SSL). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest, secure key management, and regular security audits.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) for anonymous usage analytics. Files uploaded for conversion, including their contents, are never shared with third parties.
Account data is retained until you request deletion. Conversion files are automatically purged within 1 hour. Analytics data is retained for 26 months as per Google's retention policy.
