MyTaxFlow was built with a simple mission: reduce repetitive bank statement data entry for Chartered Accountants, bookkeepers, businesses, and accounting professionals who prepare Tally Prime import files.
Every day, thousands of accountants in India manually enter bank statement data into Tally Prime. This process is tedious, error-prone, and time-consuming. We saw an opportunity to automate this using advanced PDF parsing technology and built MyTaxFlow to bridge the gap between bank statements and Tally.
Our extraction workflow combines bank-specific parsing, statement-layout detection, and reviewable output for common Indian bank formats such as SBI YONO, HDFC NetBanking, ICICI, Axis Bank, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, and more. Because bank PDFs can vary by layout and quality, users should review extracted rows before importing vouchers into Tally Prime.
We take data security seriously. Every file uploaded to MyTaxFlow is processed in an isolated environment with SSL encryption. Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour. We never store or share your bank statement data.
